Spring Break / Mashed Potatoes

I'm Nick Graves, and I'm on Spring Break. I went home, like most people, but I only live like 20 minutes from PBA. So, I'm kind of always home. I'm trying to use my time wisely and get important stuff done (schoolwork, emailing people, working, eating, sleeping, etc.).

Yesterday, for dinner, I made mashed potatoes. I made this kind:

Gold potatoes make the best mashed potatoes. I have only made mashed potatoes twice, and the other time was in London. I did not use gold potatoes, unfortunately. It was still good though. Potatoes are originally from South America. They grow best in cooler climates, like high up in the Andes mountains, Idaho, or Ireland. Mashed potatoes happen to be my favorite food.
